Shinigami.

Those chosen to be the Castle In The Sky's, or the Dream World's, Shinigami are left to guide the souls of those who fall into R.E.M. sleep and dreamed away from the Castle In The Sky.

R.E.M. sleep is the stage of sleep where one dreams; most vividly recalled dreams happen during R.E.M. sleep. Nonetheless, R.E.M. sleep is a "crime" in the Dream World and is stricly forbidden. Should a Shinigami find that one has slept and dreamed, which long-termed Shinigami can easily discover, a Shinigami will at any time approach the one who has dreamed and is to carry their soul away from the Castle In The Sky. It's rumored that the soul is lead back to their body in the real world, where they may regain consciousness; however, the truth is unknown for those lead away are never permitted to return. The Shinigami also seek the souls of those whose comatose bodies have passed away in the "Real World," in order to inform them of the loss and of their ceaseless intrapment within the "Dream World", lead them to a permanent housing unit, and warn them of the possibility of forever disappearing.

Aside from a Shinigami's job in the role play area, anyone within the Shinigami group is an Administrator or Moderator, so, please, speak to one of them if you have any questions, suggestions, problems, or complaints; although we hope there won't be any complaints.
