Title the topic for your character's profile by the name they will be using in the Dream World; their chosen last name, a comma, and their chosen first name.
(Example.: Sinclair, Jullian.)
Their real name should not be anywhere within the title of the topic, UNLESS that is also their Dream World name.
Remove any notes that the template contains, which would be within the "{{ }}" brackets.
If there is anything containing a list or bullets, only type where the bullets are and add more if needed or remove any not needed.
You may choose from the list of Races in the Legend on the index page of the site; minus Shinigami; or you may private message an Administrator the Race you would like ADDED to the Legend--- including the name and
specific description and details of this Race. Keep in mind, if you private message an Administrator a Race, you will NOT be the only one of that race and you may or may not be special about that race, for anyone can dream to be the "leader" or "ruler" of that Race once it's added and they are making a character.
Now, you might believe that newer members have the chance of "ruling" a race or what not because of their character application being newer and possibly overriding yours. That's incorrect. Everyone's dreams are different and so everyone is technically equal, in those terms. A character may act as if they rule everything; nevertheless, that does not mean they do. You choose how to respond to that behavior.
If you wish to submit an unfinished application, so that way you can return to working on it later, then please post the title as said above and then place Work In Progress or (W.I.P.) within the title. Upon your finishing, simply remove the W.I.P., do not place 'done' in it. Acts such as that greatly irritate us Administrators, for we will know it is done when W.I.P. has been removed from the title.
If you have questions about something such as a Gift or Ability for your character, or any questions at all, just private message an Administrator and title it 'Character Question(s),' so we may read and answer it as soon as we can. We understand that some of you would like to role play as soon as possible, so by giving it this title we will understand what the private message is for.
The picture below this paragraph is our 'Accepted!' stamp. The symbol behind the word APPROVED is the contract symbol between Sabastian and Ciel from Kuroshitsuji or Black Butler. Basically, I rotated it a small amount in Photoshop, but it IS their symbol. For here, it will be a stamp, and, once put on your application, it is stating that you agree to follow the rules on the site and the settings and such you have placed on your character. We understand that, with time and under certain conditions, a character's personality can change. But, it cannot change within a couple posts of a first meeting with someone. This applies, of course, unless your character specifically has multiple personalities.
On the character application you will find three different symbols. Below, I've the details of each symbol and their purpose for your character information.
✧ - This sign symbolizes the field or fields that are set for character information pertaining to your character as if they were in "reality."
✿ - In short, these areas are to be filled with information of your character in this world, in the Castle In The Sky.
☆ - This symbol is a "we-don't-care" matter. It does not matter whether the information comes from reality or the Dream World; although, we prefer it to be from the Dream World.
When it comes to 'Desires' or 'Likes', 'Aversions' or 'Dislikes', 'Strengths', and 'Weaknesses,' you will see bullets. Type only after the bullets, we do not need to see any information after the colon following the aforementioned four words.
Always type AFTER the "[/color]," so everything stays neat and easy to read.
